Having deep focus on parts section of equipment, we ensure availability of 100% genuine parts and also offer warranty on replaced parts policy which is a competitive advantage for us. Despite that we ensure adequate inventory level with respect to known product population, close coordination with principal for parts imports and technical support for customer issues.
